Mr. VanCompernolle co-founded Avanco Environmental in 1996. He has a B.S. in Business from the University of Kansas Business School.  He is a Texas / Oklahoma Licensed Asbestos Inspector and meets the requirements of an Environmental Professional per EPA 40 CFR, Part 312 to perform Phase I Environmental Site Assessments.

James Otto - Environmental Consultant

Over Thirty years experience in the Environmental Consulting Industry.

Mr. Otto has served as the TDSHS Licensed Environmental Consultant since AEI's Inception in 1996.
