In the event asbestos is detected and needs to be removed we can provide Asbestos Abatement Project Design, Asbestos Abatement Contractor Project Walk-thrus, Project Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Final Report.

AEI performs Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments (ESA's) also known as Phase One Environmental Site Assessments nationwide for commercial property owners, developers, public / government entitys and financial institutions. AEI performs Phase 1 ESA's in accordance with ASTM E 1527- 21 and EPA 40 CFR, Part 312 including Site Inspection, Environmental Data Review, Potential Liability and Regulatory Considerations and Final Report of Findings and Recommendations.
