Environmental Site Assessments

• AEI has successfully completed  Environmental Site Assets (ESA's) on behalf of buyers, sellers and lenders. To insure our work meets the highest standards AEI adheres to industry guidelines.
  
  
• Environmental assessment staff members possess the experience, training and education required to identify and evaluate the impacts of hazardous materials that may be encountered or previously used on a site.

Asbestos Inspection / Monitoring Services

• AEI samples existing construction for Asbestos Containing Material(ACM) and provides results of testing in a comprehensive Asbestos Inspection Report. If ACM is present AEI can provide full project design and management for removal.
  
  
• AEI performs Asbestos Inspections as required by federal, state and local law prior to issuance of building or demolition permits on public or commercial construction and finish-out projects.

Indoor Air Quality Investigations

AEI's staff provides:

• Problem diagnosis
• Air sampling for specific compounds, when indicated
• Implementation of operations and maintenance programs to prevent IAQ problems

LEED Indoor Air Quality

• AEI conducts air testing required to obtain credits under LEED-NC, EQ Credit 3.2, Construction IAQ Management Plan Before Occupancy.
